Shiki Sushi

A group of 7 of us went to Shiki Sushi for All-you-can-ea last night and had a really great experience. Mind you I am from Vancouver and the quality of the sashimi is way better than some of the All-you-can-eat places in Vancouver. Good quality and delicious food. Reasonable price!Recommend going during a weekday. Weekends are super busy!Must try the sushi pizza. But don’t order too much other wise you will be full quickly!!

The food was excellent, and presentation was lovely, however the service left a little to be desired. Granted, this was new years eve. However, the question "how long does it take to cook raw fish?" Would be an accurate sentiment to the speed in which we were served. It shouldn't take two hours for a meal at a sushi place. But since it was so good I feel alright giving four stars.

Today was our first time going to Shiki Sushi. We wanted a dinner of Japanese food before going to an event at the Royal Theatre. The restaurant is just a block away from the theatre so that is a plus. The service was excellent from the moment we sat down until we left. The food came quickly, was hot and delicious. We ordered a number of appetizers and asked that they've delivered with our main dish. That happened. The prices are comparable to other Japanese restaurants in Victoria. This was a nice find. We will be back.
